01The service

Reelipal is an AI content studio that turns plain-English briefs into images, videos and podcast-style reels. Generation runs on third-party AI model providers (such as fal.ai and ElevenLabs); previews render in your browser via Remotion. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

We may update, add or remove features at any time. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will let you know before it takes effect.

02Accounts

You need an account to generate content. Sign-in is passwordless — Google OAuth or a one-time email code. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email and Google account secure.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Reelipal.

03Credits, plans & billing

• Every generation spends credits. Per-model costs are shown on the pricing page before you generate.
• Subscription plans refresh a fixed pool of credits each billing cycle. Unused plan credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
• One-time top-up packs stack on your balance and never expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Credits spent on completed generations are non-refundable. If a generation fails on our side, the spent credits are refunded to your balance automatically.

04Your content & generated output

You keep ownership of the prompts, reference images and other material you upload, and you grant us the limited rights needed to run them through the generation pipeline and store the results in your library.

Subject to these terms and the policies of the underlying model providers, you own the output you generate and may use it commercially — on free and paid plans alike. You are responsible for making sure your prompts and uploads do not infringe anyone else’s rights (for example, uploading a person’s likeness without permission).

05Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

• No generating content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• No deceptive impersonation of real people, including deepfakes of identifiable individuals without their consent.
• No spam, malware distribution, or attempts to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• No reselling raw access to the generation APIs.

06AI disclaimer

AI models make mistakes. Output can be inaccurate, biased or unexpectedly different from your brief, and the same prompt can produce different results. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; review output before publishing it.

07Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you create with the service.

08Changes & contact

We may revise these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by email, and the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use Reelipal after a change means you accept it.
